Captain Corelli…..Visits Sudbury Church*

Author Louis Bernieres swapped mandolin for guitar and formed an alliance with Selina Hawker, singer and violinist at Sudbury Church for a musical show piece. Sadly, he was unremarkable (as a guitarist) but she had a decent voice.
He was also grumpy when I asked him to autograph my copy of his best and famous book !
