Inhaler Fail to Spark

Fanfare / 31st October, 2025

Inhaler is led by Elijah (Bono’s son) who certainly has charisma and stage presence but the band’s output is very predictable with a thrash sound with no variation and mostly lyrical unintelligible, which feels disgraceful when playing in the acoustical cathedral of the Albert Hall.

Feeder do it better.

The audience clearly had a different take on a Halloween evening with many dressed in flamboyant gothic attire and bouncing up and down and enjoying the anthematic songs, but for me they all blurred into one.

There were a few exceptions mainly in the encore like Just to Keep you Satisfied, but the show lacked musical diversity and some cameos from the other band members, which would have made for a more rounded performance.
